FIRST ANNUAL AWARDS NIGHT & Silent Auction

Washington City Community Center ~ $10/person

We need your nominations to be able to honor business owners in the following categories:

• LEADERSHIP – A business owner or community leader that exemplifies the qualities of true leadership.
• COMMUNITY SERVICE – a business owner or resident who is an example of community service and caring.
• HERITAGE – An established business or organization that keeps the heritage of Washington City alive.
• RISING STAR – A new business owner who is destined for fame and worthy of recognition.
• MAYOR’S CHOICE – The Mayor will be honoring the business or person of his choice.

Nominations must be received by Sunday January 15, 2012, 7:00 PM

Applications can be submitted in the following ways:

• Drop Off: Washington City Community Center (ask them to put it in Kacie Lunt’s mailbox)

We are also looking for donations of products and services to auction— to highlight your business AND support the Chamber in supporting you!  Email info@washingtoncitychamber.biz with the items you want to auction by JAN 15th.
